fourth story

looking out to see
yourself inside
that fourth story window
jump seems quite high

breeze whispers
drop drop drop
down now

stuck inside
but always felt out
looking for a way
out of sight
out of modern

breaking the wall
of this industry
ain’t worth the haul
of riches once known

looking to find
yourself outside
that fourth story window
no longer contains.
